Video therapy is a way for people to access therapy who wouldn’t be able to fit it into their schedule otherwise. You just need Google Chrome Browser and a computer with a video camera or your smartphone.

I have found that video therapy works well with the way that I work with individuals, couples, and families. 

Video therapy, otherwise known as “telehealth services,” is a great option if your time is limited or you live far from my office.
